When do registration rates increase?
Registration rates will increase on September 1st. Register ASAP to secure your space at conference!
When is reservation deadline for the hotel?
In order to guarantee you receive the group conference rate for your hotel room, you must reserve your room BEFORE September 12th. After this date, the special conference rate can not be guaranteed.
Is transportation provided to the Icebreaker and Zoo Day?
Yes! Transportation from the Tempe Mission Palms Hotel to the Icebreaker and to the Phoenix Zoo for Zoo Day is provided!
When do Professional Certificate Courses occur?
Professional Certificate Courses are 12 hour courses that occur from 1-5:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Please remember that in order to be eligible for the certificate at the conclusion of the course, attendees must be present for all 12 hours of programming.
How do I sign up for Behind the Scenes Tours on Zoo Day?
